Actually, a stable frame rate, be it 60 or 30, is great. The problem is when it is an unstable 30fps (an "unstable" 60fps probably won't be noticed) and the game freezes or pauses sometimes. It's annoying.
And by implementation I assume you mean art direction? In which case that is completely subjective and basically impossible to put a numerical value on.
Also, non-game related, it is a shame that you have a Blade Runner name/avatar and only 2 bubbles to show for it......

I'm one of the biggest Tekken fan's around, I think it's the best fighting game... hell, it's the reason why I bought a PS1 and PS2. But I have to admit, I had such high expectations, perhaps naively so, for a Tekken on the PS3 that and I feel a little disappointed. Disappointed for what could've been and what it is; not that Tekken 6 is a bad fighting game by any means, just that it could've been so much more. And a "perfect" score doesn't equal a perfect game. No game, or anything created by man for that matter, will ever be "perfect". What upsets me the most in this, and previous, Maddens is that they don't fix any of the glitches and problems that have persisted since Madden '05. Sure, they've improved some of the features, improve the the graphics, and add more animations--but the core gameplay is basically the same--glitchy. I think Sony's "motion controller" will be a cross between the PSEye and the WiiMote. I mean the PSEye has tech very similar to Natal, although not as comprehensive. The SixAxis control has tech similar to the WiiMote, just not as comprehensive. So why not combine the two techs? Anyway... Milo is interesting technology which could *if used right* make for amazing game experiences.
I thought it was good conference overall. I thought that game by Epic (Shadow Complex) looked like the most fun. The MGS announcement was kinda expected, but still a surprise nonetheless. As everyone else has stated, Natal seemed to be the coolest part of the show. To me, Natal is the PSEye on roids... which is a good thing. I wish Sony (and they still might tomorrow) would have explored and expanded that tech more. OH, and calling Forza 3 the best racing game THIS GEN is just wishful thinkin...

I am a huge Splinter Cell fan, have been playing the games since they came out. I really love the new presentation/art direction of this one, it fits well. However, the gameplay looks less like a traditional Splinter Cell game. I have a feeling more emphasis will be on action than stealth, similar to Assassins Creed 2. While stealth is ideal, it's not necessary (as opposed to past SC games where direct action USUALLY meant death). Guess I'll have to wait and see though...
